These are fairly low cost shelving units, however know that they are basically made from foam covered w/ a lamenant. Also, the unit is hald together w/ 3M double sided tape.
When I first put this unit together, it fell apart when heavier weight was applied. So I drilled it together w/ my own screws which held it together.

This is without a doubt the most rickety piece of crap I have ever encountered in my entire life. It’s already fallen apart three times in the process of building it and I’ll think it’s a miracle if the thing holds even one of my books. Don’t buy it. The tape is strong, but your placement has to be perfect or the thing is going to be worthless. Give me screws and wrenches. This is nearly garbage… what a waste of perfectly good particle board.
