SAN FRANCISCO, October 25 .- (AP) Governor Rolph announced tonight that he would sign the extradition documents for the return of Mrs Winnie Ruth Judd in Phoenix, Arizona, as soon as it receives the documents, which should be some time tomorrow.

LOS ANGELES, October 25 .- (AP)-The Times in an article published today signed a copyright, detailed account by Ms. Winnie Ruth Judd of how she shot and killed and Mrs. Hedvig SamuelsonAgnes Anne LeRoi in Phoenix October 17 and sent their bodies dismembered one in Los Angeles in two trunks and a suitcase.
